Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your final balance. If the salon must cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future booking.

Before any exchange or replacement is processed, all returned items must pass quality control. We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
SHIPPING INFO
Express and Priority Shipping
For all Express and Priority Shipping requests, please expect up to 3-5 business days for delivery due to a processing period of 2-3 days before shipment.
Standard Shipping
Orders are running on a 3-5 business day processing/production time. Weekends and Holidays do not count. Once shipped, please allow 4-6 business days to receive your order if you are in the United States and 10-20 business days for international orders.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
CUSTOMS POLICY
All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.
